Through experiences such as LEAD, young people are prepared not simply to seek positions or status but to understand their lives as gifts that can be used for others.

Raising servants

Purpose is not about position. It is about what we do with our lives.

We want young people to grow into men and women who understand that their gifts, education, opportunities, and influence are not simply for personal advancement. Some will occupy significant positions of responsibility and influence. They may become professionals, entrepreneurs, teachers, pastors, public servants, community leaders, or leaders in institutions.

But whatever positions they hold, we hope they will be known first by how they serve. We seek to form young people who follow the example of Jesus—people who love their neighbors, pursue justice, build bridges, create opportunities for others, and use what they have been given to bless their communities.

Not simply leaders to be followed. Servants who help others flourish. Our hope is to see a generation whose lives contribute to the transformation of Africa and the world.
